I've just received a new Mobile from CNM on Vodaphone (First time I've tried Vodaphone) and I received my PAC from 3 Network yesterday. I phoned up Vodaphone to give them the PAC and they said I cannot port my number over, it should have been done at the point of sale. It was not an option.
Ummmmm, this sounds rather odd to me. I've ported numbers to O2, Orange, T-Mobile and 3 without any probs in the past.
Is this the 'norm' with Vodaphone?
Now I know why I've never used them before and why I'll not use them again.
