  It is unlikely to be made by Samsung, most companies just pay to have their details on a pen to give away for promotional reasons. If it is a nice pen that writes well, it may well be a Parker jotter pen. Open the pen and look at the ink cartridge, if it says Parker, then you have your answer - if it says something else, then you also have your answer! Parker jotters are the pen of choice for quality freebies, or you can just buy one from Tescos etc in the colourway you like.

  its plain white in the barrel in the inside and has a black rubber grip where you hold it
