Ok i have now heard that Butlins have ther own money that you can spend anywhere on the complex. Does anyone have any left over they're looking to sell or trade? Also if anyone has been recently what happens with it do you just buy it on site and use in the shops etc? Is it just £10 for £10 of Butlins money or do they make it worth your while?

Thanks

I heard about this too but have been several times and
not seen/heard anything about it at Butlins itself.
I know that when you are a pemier member you get vouchers to spend
anywhere on site when you arrive ( I had £50 last time i think, so it went
towards buying lunch as we were half board )

It must ben new this year i was was there July and Aug last year. Just interested to know.

Also have heard that u have wrist bands now which must be new and that if you lose them there is a £50 charge, seems a bit odd as i mean kids will lose them all the time surely?

Im guessing that the butlins money is a bit of a side line as once you have bought it obviosuly you can't spend it elsewhere so it kinda keeps the cash there and then people will always have some left over.... thus making them more more from the people who don't spend it all. I saw some complete on ebay.

Then noticed the wrist band thing on when the sun holidays promotions were on.

I know my brothers girlfriend got charged for something she shouldnt of and they sent her her cash back in Butlins money.
Maybe its from things like that only and not available to buy for everyone as otherwise i'd of guessed Ebay would of been full of it.

We get book of money off tokens which is made in £1 & £5 upto £25 for weekend or £50 for 5 days.
You only get these if your a member which is after 3 bookings I think, but Sun deals etc isn't included.
We use them to pay for meal in the pub.
If you take the tokens into account it seems the sun deals are only a few quid cheaper plus you get basic rooms.
