I could have put you n touch with someone in the Kent area but Bolton s too far away!

Do you know what the problems are as if he would be able to repair them himself and just the needs the parts I can direct you to where to get some nice cheap trade bits from

By the way not many people repair fridges anymore

The fridge just aint giving ice anymore. They are all modern appliances, both Bosch.

And the Dishwasher is just drooping on one end very slightly :S

Bosch are usually pretty good, I think all of their appliances come with a 2 year warranty so if they're within that it will be worth giving them a call

What do you mean by the dishwasher dropping?

As for the fridge do you mean it has a ice box that isn't freezing or is it an ice dispenser that's not giving out ice anymore?

No ice is given out anymore at all, normally when left a while it does, and it has stopped in the past and he just cleaned it with water and vinegar.

This time nada, joint may have frozen? Dunno

The right side of the door has dropped slightly causing the dishwasher door to be crooked and the wood on the right is being eaten away at, it also grinds when opening

Try unplugging the fridge and just leave it for a few hours see if that solves the problem, obviously be careful as the fridge will defrost so there will be a bit of water. He can leave all his stuff in the fridge for a few hours even wit it being unplugged and it will be fine

Does the dishwasher have a decor door on it? If so it will be that that is causing the problem, if he takes the decor door off and checks if the door is still making the noise without it on. Check all the fixings on the back of the door as the chances are one of them is coming lose and unbalancing the door.

Both are minor problems anyway and one option is to find a local engineer on yell that does free call out that way you will get a proper quote

How does that wooden door come off thefront?

It all depends on the machine, some of them when you open the door have screws on the sides (of the inside of the door) that you need to take out, some you just need to hold on to the decor door and gently tug it to the side
