I made a slight error on a delivery address for a package from Dell and have been trying desperately since 9th Dec to get Dell to correct it (so much for my wife's xmas pressie!).
I've noticed that the Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of their UK website however, includes a clause saying that delivery is an estimate but should be within 30 days of order. The "30 days from order" bit however is conveniently removed from the Terms & Conditions attached to their emailed order acknowledgement.
Customer Services in India are being unhelpful in the extreme and seem indifferent to the frustration and anguish their lack of action is causing. Asked to speak to Customer Complaints Dept and was told there wasn't a phone number for it. Asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told they were in a meeting. Asked to cancel the order and had no joy there either.
