It was only about the Ebay Feedback process............absolutely nothing about all of the people that have been ripped off by Aidas Varzukas (MD of Musthave100).

I reckon they should investigate Paypal as it looks like we ain't going to get a penny back thru them either. :x

Once my dispute result comes tomorrow i'm TERMINATING my Paypal account as it means NOTHING NOW !!!! :x :x :x

paypalsucks.com

anyway it was about more failings on eBay, nothing new there and a **** statement from their "safety & trust" team.

ebay need a massive shake up. banning all online payment methods except the worst one (for our protection)

nochex is much better then paypal in comparison.

Agreed - but google checkout (if the reports Ive seen are true) seen to be acting honourable.

Watchdog said they were doing a story on internet shopping in next weeks show. Might be an idea to tune in to that one!!!:whistling:

Hi
I paid via Google Checkout on my Halifax debit card ( dumb I know!)
Anyway, emailed google checkout who replied with the go and speak to your bank blurb.
I phone halifax and they referred my case to their fraud team, who reviewed it, (took about 1 week) then I recieved a letter saying that as I was the one who entered my details on the site, it wasnt card fraud (ie cloned card, phising, etc) and to go in and have a chat in the branch.
Spoke to someone in the Croydon branch, they basically said, you paid on some site for £100 with e debit card?? and said there was nothing they could do.
I then emailed google again, saying that my bank would not refund me and that I had tried to contact musthave100 again but still to no avail.
I sent the email to google around 6pm one eve, and when i checked my email around 10am the next morning I had a reply with a delaration to print out/ fill in and fax/email back, basically giving them some info and the fact that I had contacted my bank who refused to do a charge back.
Filled in the form, emailed back and had a reply within 30mins saying that I would be refunded.
Money was back in my bank account 3 days later.
Thank you google checkout, I would always use this option, never paypal, who are scum!
