Way to watch virgin media tele upstairs??

I have virgin media tv cable downstairs on tele and i have been looking at a way which transfers the picture to another room so one person can watch news upstairs while the one downstairs can watch normally? is this possible??

and can you find me one as i dont know what to search for

It is possible as we have it in our house. However i am not really sure how to do it as my Dad did it.

I think you need a 'splitter' or something.

Yeah you do need a splitter and a seperate box.

I tried one of these wireless senders with Sky and it interfered with the wireless broadband signal.......

The Virgin box only has 1 tuner in it so it is completely impossible to watch two different channels at the same time, the V + does have multiple tuners but would require a lot of modification to allow it to output two different channels. Seeing as the box is owned by Virgin Media that is out of the question anyway.

The only way you would be able to do it i to have a seperate virgin box upstairs for which you would have to pay Virgn Media the extra subscription fee, that is the only legal way to do it

I think he was...he said someone can watch the news whilst the other one watches normal tele...although, I dont know what is abnormal about the news...:whistling:
