I got the free tickets as a result of a deal posted here on HUKD! Really excited - I hope I am not dissapointed. Also going to have a look at Hamleys whilst we are up in town. My SIL says the No11 bus from Liverpool Street goes past alot of famous sites - so we can use this as a tour bus - lol.

How sad are we - but just a travel card, and my tesco clubcard vouchers x4 coupons for a meal - should be a nice day out.

Sounds fun, hope you have a lovely day!
Cheers All - I'll let you know what it's like linw

Have a good weekend all - hope you find lots of bargains too
We went last weekend, bit of a nightmare trying to find the Grotto, but very slick operation once you find it. We were greeted by Jasmine and Aladin, waited in queue for about 10 mins before seeing Santa. Didn't buy the photo but now I am home I wish I had. Kids receive Raymond Briggs Father Christmas sticker book, massive Harrods chocolate gold coin and large badge. Both my 6 year old and 9 year old loved it. Enjoy !
Thanks Chatfield - we're off in a minute and it's really nice going when you've heard a positive review!

I will try to pursuade hubby to buy a photo too
Hope you have a great time. :)
Kids really loved seeing Father Christmas, and the wait was spacious and air conditioned with actors dressed up as Characters from different fairy stories interacting with the kids. Presents were a large chocolate coin, badge and a lovely sticker/puzzle/story book as per the previous post. We also visited Hamleys which was really nice but Manic.

So many people about London, I was a bit worried about losing the kids - you know frantic mother syndrome. But we've just returned happy and content.

Enjoy anyone else who goes - the kids see it all through magical eyes.
