On the line this weekend is a Semi final place at wembley for the 8 remaining F.A cup hopefuls. Massive game tomorrow evening with the winners of the Arsenal united game probably going on to lift the trophy.

Man Utd v Arsenal 17:15

Stoke v West Ham, 14:00
Man City v Reading 16:45

United - Arsenal
Manchester v Arsenal is always one of the most anticipated fixtures of the year in English football, and with both teams coming off devastating losses, the stakes will be higher than ever with the winner likely to go ahead and claim the FA Cup.

Injuries are a concern for both sides going into the game at Old Trafford. Arsenal will be without captian Cesc Fabregas who hurt his hamstring in the midweek along with Walcott, Song, and Fabianski. It will be interesting to see what kind of lineup Wenger decides to roll with as legs and hearts will still be feeling wary for most of the 11 that took the pitch this Tuesday.

Manchester United’s injuries keep accumulating as Nani is the latest name to be forced out of the lineup. Antonio Valencia could set to feature for the first time since September as Sir Alex will be looking for fresh blood to reverse the losses the side has suffered. With one eye out for the Champions League tie against Marseille coming up in the midweek, Ferguson could be cautious in his use of his big names.

I would be so happy to see Valencia back.

Can't see us winning really. Ferguson knows United can't outplay us so all he ever does is pack out the defence and midfield, put 10 behind the ball and just play on the counter. Without Cesc I don't see how we're going to break through this. It could always be a draw though and we'll beat them at home so I'm still optimistic.

I would be happy if we could just take the tie back to the emirates, seeing as we are out of the champions league this would favor us. i really dont rate Koscielny atall i get so anxious when hes on the ball as of late.

West ham are good price @ 3.75 against stoke.

Was also thinking reading at 7/1 against city worth a few pounds. city looked very poor last weekend and only just managed to beat wigan. (or was it west brom? one of the two). didnt watch their europa tie but they also lost that 1-0. Reading have been in fine form.

They actually lost 2-0 and were dreadful. They would be dreadful in the Champions League away from home.

I just don't want Utd-Arsenal to end in a draw. If it does, WBA-Arsenal will be rescheduled, meaning we (WBA) will be going a month without playing oO

I might take my boots with me tmrw, might be needed ...... X)

I'm afraid with our injury list, i can't see us being strong enough to beat bolton.

Wembley twice in a season ??? Don't be so silly.....!!

But if that's how we win games then it's good tactic's, Beautiful football doesn't always win games, It'll be tough but think home advantage and quick counter attacks against a poor defensive team will win it for us. Still it could certainly go the other way, Arsenal would have to be at the top of their game though.
#14
Utd squad for the game looking very thin... hard to see where the creativity from midfield will come from.

Hope Arsenal win, their season is crumbling at the min

What channel are all the games on?

* If Arsenal beat Manchester United in the Quarter-Finals then their fixture at home to Liverpool will be postponed to a later date leaving their gameweek 33 demoted back to a single fixture and leaving Liverpool with no game.

* If Manchester City get past Reading in the Quarter-Finals then their fixture at home to Tottenham will be postponed to a later date leaving the Citizens with a blank fixture in gameweek 33 and Spurs’ double demoted back to a single.

* If Birmingham get the better of Bolton in the Quarter-Finals then they too will also forfeit their home tie with Sunderland for at least one gameweek leaving their double-header cut down to size and Sunderland without a game in gameweek 33.

* Should any other Premier League team make the Semi-Finals then they will, of course, have to rescheduled their gameweek 33 fixture too for a day at Wembley. Expectation at this late stage in the season is it will take place in the midweek of the same gameweek alongside the already planned Spurs/Arsenal and Chelsea/Birmingham games, but it can’t be taken as 100% read that it will happen – but precedence seems to indicate it likely.

Fantasy League nightmare.

Close but no cigar. 90th min winner. Bet thats what the scum do to us today.

M'on the gunners!

7 defenders in the Utd lineup?! Parking the bus?

Almunia, Sagna, Koscielny, Djourou, Gibbs, Diaby, Denilson, Nasri, Wilshere, Arshavin, Van Persie

Van der Sar, O'Shea, Vidic, Brown, Smalling, Fabio, Evra, Rafael, Gibson, Rooney, Hernandez

When you are a team like united and are still in europe, you have to balance the team for the upcoming matches.
#26
omg what a shockingly bad united midfield!!!!

rafael,gibson,o'shea,fabio :(

5-0 gunners :|
#27
Lol it's what I expected from Ferguson. He's going to bus park as usual, double up on us and then hit us on the counter. And with Diaby and Denilson in midfield it's not like we're going to be able to keep the ball. Should be a close game, hopefully Nasri or Van Persie can come up with something and we go ahead, because if United take the lead they will defend for their lives.
#28
we got no-one to counter attack with?! oO
#29
Fabio and Rafael have pace, and Hernandez and Rooney will also push forward on the counters. I'm still expecting us to lose, especially with our midfield, but it's difficult to call. Both teams are missing key players so it will be interesting.

The idea is to lock up the midfield. So that scoreline is highly unlikely (_;)

The amount of injuries we have is obviously dictating the squad selection.
Arsenal are out of europe (and i'm glad because they are an embarrassment to English football)
so they can pick their strongest side. Does that not make sense even to an arsenal fan?
#34
I just saw the line up. If United win this with that midfiled. All I can say is WOW.

Looks a little odd, but then who are we to argue with one of the most successful managers in history?

I ain't no goooner, but they are hardly an embarrassment to English football
Injuries are part and parcel of the game, when you're manager has been in charge for twenty years he should know this by now and build his squad accordingly
Hope Utd get their **** handed to them today like they did on Sunday

Whichever team loses, the opposing manager will blame the ref, dirty opponents or anything other than poor tactics on their part. Hey... maybe even the winners will be blaming the ref too! X)

Normally I'd want Arsenal to win but after Tuesday's performance by players, Manager and fans I'm actually willing Man Utd to stuff them.
