The only way to lose weight is to change your eating habits for life, diets are great whilst on thm but as soon as you return to normal eating the weight will come back on, Im not saying these wont work but i think when you stop them your weight will return, most people who diet alot lose so many pounds/stones and then when they come off them they gain more than they lost in the first place, it then spirals on like this so please be careful xx

I used to spend a lot of time in the Mens health forums, and can tell you they are a fad, if there was a "weight loss pill" I think it would of been all over the news and the guy would of made millions who invented it.

just cut down on the junk, and drink plenty of water. Dont be silly and eat once a day because thats not the way.

It wont be easy, and will take time, but all good things will:thumbsup:

hope ive helped

I'm sorry but pills to make yourself slim is the most laziest reason I've ever heard, except being big boned. Do some exercise, it'll do you and your heart the world of good.

god wish id never asked, im not lazy, i harldy eat wanything **** and eat loads oh veg, drink water, do athing im suppuse to, do excersize loads, just since ave had my baby its no shifted, and i just wundered if a pill wid help on top of all that things... but ehyam lazy!

Don't waste your money.
Only way to lose weight,is eat less being more healthy foods and exercise, again it all depends on your body, some people are lucky and some people are a few lbs extra no matter what they do.
Fad diets, crash diets anything like that, they ok for the short term but as another said above, you gain the weight quicker than you lost it and perhaps some extra.
I sometimes diet, when I say diet,I don't actually follow any plan, but I consider myself to do tons of walking, and when I'm on this diet,I basically cut out anything rubbish,I love choc,so anything like that I don't have and can usually lose about 1-2lbs a week if I keep it up for maybe 2 mths, but soon as I revert back to old ways the weight will go back on quicker than lost.

I wasn't directly calling you lazy, people who use them are lazy imo. The best way to lose weight from after child birth I was told by the mother was by swimming and toning up slightly.

Sorry, didn't mean to offend you.

Sometimes the baby weight just doesn't go for whatever reason its meant to be,I'm same round the belly in particular.

Breastfeeding is supposed to help too.

If you post your average diet and exercise routine (honestly) I'm sure someone including me could point out myabe where you are you going wrong. Try and avoid fat loss pills, lots of sideffects
banned#12
i dont think anyone was saying "your" lazy, just concerned you thinking of buying these ripoff pills. Having a baby sometimes changes your body in ways like old age does, the weight gets harder to shift although easier to put on  Good luck in trying to lose your weight, my baby is now 5 and ive given up :giggle:

ok , i dont have breakfast, makes me sick i have a bagel about 11 maybe a ham n cucmber sansdwich or ww soup about 3 n i have somthing for supper about 7 or 8, lyk spag bal light, or chicken we brollio or ww meal, i i have a kit kat at night, i have an 8 month old baby as i said, and we goes for long walks alot, well we did but its very raning with me, we used to walk 3 mile each nite, and i run up n down my staris 20 times a night
#14
i used to eat pasta alot,, i thotught that was to much sotried to stop it
#15
Walking is good. Don't think the stairs would make much difference in hall honesty. To burn a lot of calories, you must do exercise for endurance or lengthy periods.

If you PM me an e-mail address, I'll grab some details from the gym tomorrow about the amount of calories lost depent upon the amount of exercise involved.

Not eating properly is one of the ways you put on weight.

i know, but at the time it wokred, worksfor a short while, but i dont undersatnd how anaerix ppl r thin??

if you dont eat your body starts to absorb more food, so when you do eat more again your body will continue absorbing at the same rate making you bigger than before. ( in simple words :))
#21

because they eat regularly, so ther body is used to food going, when you strave yourself your body stores it as it doesnt know when its going to be fed again (i think thats what happens)

forget that i think thats bullemea (sorry cant even think how to spell it)

because they don't eat and do exercise which means your body is exercising on nothing. I don't think you should let your weight overlly concern you. You can't expect to lose weight instantly, it takes time. I'm 72kg, I'm 16 and about 5"11. I do weight training several times a week. Even though I'm a boy, women tend to lose weight easier. Have you considered getting some small dumbells for at home, like up to 7 + 1/2 kg, and having an hour doing sit ups and work outs with them. An hour a night you'll notice the difference soon, as long as your eating heathy.

Quick advice before bed.

Try to cut out carbs in the evening/night. They are slow release so if don't burn before bed then it will store as fat.

Also you will need to some more cardiovasclar work. Walkning isnt bad, but running is great. If you arnt out of breathe and sweating then you arn't burning any fat.

Breakfast Im afraid is essential. Think about it, your body has not recieved any food/energy since the last night so you need to give it a boost. Like someone mentioned before, if you body is starving (which it wil lbe if you dont eat breakfast) then any food available, or any food eaten during the day will be stored as fat as your body doesnt know when your next meal will come.

The key to diet is lots of small balanced meals.

you can buy prescription tablets from online chemists which are used by clinically obses people to supress appitite and also to lose accelerate fat loss.

an example is Xenical (Orlistat). Generic Xenical helps people lose weight be reducing fat absorption into the body. Xencial may aslo be prescribed for problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and diabetes.

it wont make you get a 6 pack, it wont make you a super model, it wil however help shift some fat.

a friend of mine was prescribed something simular as he needed a hip and knee operation but because he was over weight they refused, his doctor gave him tablets which basically stop fat absorbtion, the down side was after he ate something, within 30 minutes he would HAVE to go to the loo.

obviously you can buy prescription drugs online, however like with all strong medication, you should speak to your doctor first.

also as mentioned, go swimming, take the kid, they will enjoy it while you excerise your whole body.

by not eating much, you store fat as your body shuts down its metabolism and stops burning fat for fuel. ideally eating small portions 6 times per day is better at keeping your metabolism running at full speed.

used to buy these from the chemist in thailand at the raves.
same as amphetamins so u were never hungry

Best not to skip breakfast, and If I'm trying to lose any weight,I try not eat anything like a dinner after 6pm,otherwise I'm sat about really most nights. Going up the stairs 20 times a night not going make any difference,as you used to it,your body used to it,so its not really a form of exercise.
The kit kat could be replaced with fruit, its all about replacing different foods, cut back on the portions of somet things by replacing with veg and salad.
I also find with myself, that I lose weight if I cut back on white bread, have less potatoes, carb foods, they fill you up for time being but you soon hungry again.I don't really like the idea of these Atkins diets as its affected people a lot of other ways, but I do think cutting down on portion sizes of things like potatoes and pasta does help. You could be actually eating more food than you are now if you choose the right choices.Again nothing like exercise,if you can join gym or some other form of exercise class.

I agree with that, very good advice and put great.

Theres no miracle cure.Sadly its as simple as eat healthy and exercise. basically burn more calories than you put in our body.( or most)
I cut out carbs, pasta etc as they bloat me.
Eat frequently and dont think of it as a diet.More of a life change.
I bought a trampoline small one which i do in the house at night.( plus i run)
Its easy to get disheartened I KNOW :( Sensible eating and you cant go wrong. If it dont work as for a thyroid test from your doc. Just to check. Dont use those slimming pills i know a few mates who were quite ill on them!
Slow and Steady you will get there.

As mentioned above....

You need to have breakfast (preferably within 30minutes of getting up) to start you metabolism

Dont eat too late at night as this ends up turning to fat

Try having something like fruit for breakfast rather than bagels - a lot less calories.

I have lost a LOT of weight put on by medication, I have basically done it by having fruit for breakfast, soup for lunch and then a healthy tea with plenty of vegetables. If I am hungry then I snack on fruit or raw vegetables - its better than starving yourself. I was offered tablets to help me (particularly because I couldnt really exercise due to health) but turned them down. I have proven to myself and a few doctors that they are not necessary.

Would the contraceptive injection be any better?

I don't know much about how it works as I don't really use any medical birth control.
