Ok so I've been dieting for 4 weeks. In the first two weeks I lost weight off my face and hands. After this, the weight on my face and hand began to fluctuate going up and down. On the whole I am still loosing weight.
I know that the face and hands are the first place to lose weight as the fat is thinnest and easiest for the body to access but what I need to know is that when the face and hand fat has been used, does the body replace it with belly fat so it is easily accessible for the body to use.
