When the new price plan was enforced, it said so and so percent is the same or cheaper than what it was before, for me.. wrong. 80% is more expensive than it was before. Not complaining though.
You could weigh the cd/packaging and then go to the royal mail website and check shipping costs to that country. Of course you'll have to go to the postoffice to send it and may have to fill out customs forms.
