Am finding the diet good-you get more points to eat, and an additional 49 to spend as you wish, either spread over the week, or on one big blow out!! (equivelent to 8 pints lager!!)
Fruit is free.......All the point value of foods has changed, some are more like bread, and some are less, like bacon but......
I've not lost yet!!
Thought I might have squeezed half a pound off at least by now!

I've never been to Weight Watchers ever, but I did see the new plan in the Sun newspaper I think it was. I really can't see it working for everyone, put it this way it would not work for me.

Do some light exercise with it if you are not able to do anything too sporty. It makes a huge difference. I started of at 87kg at the age of 17, I jogged for one year and managed to drop down to 69-70kg and since then I have never stopped jogging, I am now 21.

I was tempted to Join but seeing the new plan on the website put me off as I personally feel I will be consuming too many calories to lose after the initial water loss. But interested to see what others think of this plan as tempted to give it a try
