Looking to invest in some weights and stuff to save going to the gym due to not having the time.

Obviously looking for a good deal, but general advice on what to get would be greatly appreciated and you'd recieve some rep! :)

are you looking for an all in one gym, or just seperate weights?

I use solid metal weights for my arms and also have a pair of weights that strap to either arms or legs. Got the weights from Argos and the strap ones from Asda. It'a mostly about your attitude really!

Good luck :)

If your just starting out - get a weight bench, bar & dumbbell set from the likes of Argos. You'll soon get into it :)

Nothing fancy required.

£32 - Weights, dumbbell & bar - http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3028319/Trail/searchtext%3EWEIGHT.htm

£40 - Bench - http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3026380/Trail/searchtext%3EWEIGHT.htm

Thats how I started out about 8 years ago !!
