Thought i would help out my old football team on wednesday night as they are lying 3rd from bottom in the league and close to relegation and one of their main problems is lack of a goalkeeper..hence where i come in.
So everythings going great, im having a great match (according to both managers :)) when i go for a ball with one of the opposing strikers and what ever way she makes contact with me and i fall all the impact was on my elbow.
Thinking it was only my funny bone hurting i played on (in some pain) and finished the match, then got home and carried a 26"flat screen tv down the stairs by myself ops and set it up. went to bed as normal though in pain.
got up yesterday morning and couldnt move the elbow at all so my housemate ordered me to hospital were i find out that i have fractured the bone in my elbow so am now in a sling for a few weeks
So now hoping it will be better before i take up my new job (26th aug) dont fancy being in a sling on day 1.
well thats my morning ramble over lol
oh i meant to say though there are some positives..
1.only having to serve customers in my current job, no stocking out :)
2. not having to clear out my old room at home this weekend
3. xbox 360 play still possible :)
