You cannot return to a store. Look at the ebay listing to tell you all about returns.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO TRADE LISTINGS OR NON-CONSUMER TRANSACTIONS.

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date the day after delivery to your address.

Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.

Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.

A full refund of the order total will be processed.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Sorry, but audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed are excluded from this policy.

Faulty products - within 35 days

In the event of a fault developing within 35 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.

Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to notify us that your item has developed a fault.

Faulty products - after 35 days

Should an item become faulty after 35 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair or a full or partial cost of item refund, after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.

Please contact us via our "Find answers" page; under "Select an item" choose "Enter your item number" and "Continue"; select the topic "Returns" and choose "No, I want to contact the seller" and "Continue".

An advisor will reply detailing the appropriate process to resolve your issue.

Incorrect Orders/Substitutes

In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies.

Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.

Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund.

We recommend that you re-purchase your item from our Shop under a separate transaction.

General Terms:

If the return is for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded once the reported fault is confirmed.

For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address, phone number and your eBay user name.

Please print and enclose a copy of your original Paypal transaction.

Please allow up to 7 working days to test and process all non PC returns, up to 14 days for PC and laptop returns by our returns agent, and up to 28 working days for completion of any repairs.

If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.

Should you wish for a replacement item, we recommend that you purchase this from our Shop under a separate transaction.

What a joke! Ordered a Samsung TV 6 months ago and it's now faulty! Yet despite numerous calls and emails I am pretty much stuck! They simply move you from one caller to another afyer you have already waited 30+mins just to speak to get through to Argos! I will never purchase another item through Argos again
