Why not keep it going, ask for their ID so that you can pay some money into their account for being so honest, tell them you will give them the £900,000 by way of thankyou if they can give you an advance on the 9 mill

Although this is definitely a scam - there are companies that do this kind of thing for real. Any large unclaimed estates, they will track down the rightful heirs and in return for a percentage provide the heirs with the proof they need to claim the estate.......

So you never know if someone sends you an official looking letter and you had a rich distant relative - it could be true.

Wel just an update, i just sent mr Johnson the following email:

Wow, Mr johnson thankyou very much.

How kind of you to inform me. I reckoned that this sort of thing never happened to people, but you have prooved me wrong. I will send you my name, address, sort code, account number, pin number, mother maiden name and favourite colour in a letter to the address below. But I am confused, would it not be easier to just send me a cheque??

As a thankyou, I would love to pay you one million pounds of my Estate Beneficiary, after all its the lease I could do. Please respond to this email with you card number, account number, sort code and address and i will be more than happy to transfer this to you today.

Thanks again

Lady C

I wonder what he will reply?!?

It sounds very much like a scam to get your details for identity theft to me...

If it's too good to be true... it usually is! :)
