It is probably me, but I find it difficult to catch what is being said at times. I know someone in Crethe (is that the spelling?) who is hard to understand. The telephone makes most accents difficult I think.

Jamaican and Irish

I sometimes find that the Cork accent can be very similar to the Jamaican accent tbh.

I like (with females particularly) the Lancashire type (Manchester/Bolton) and North East type accents as long as they're not too broad and too hard to understand though.

The Scouse accent is ok, it depends on who speaks it. I think some people here in Liverpool put it on a bit for the media. There are some places in Liverpool where the accent is very broad and hard to understand.

I didn't either (my Scouse accent I mean:)) My accent has changed over the years because I have had to speak in public and so make myself understood. I often have people ask what part of Northern Ireland I am from. I think my wife's accent has rubbed off on me too.

I really struggle to understand strong geordie accents, as I had a teacher in secondary school for a few months and I'm not even joking, I couldn't understand a single word and even requested to move classes because the entire class was complaining.

I didn't really like northern accents but it's been really growing on me of late and now I love my gf's accent.
#37
how could i forget Yorks', the legend boycs . .
#38

I think geordie always sounds really flat when it's on tv. Personally I hate it.

Geordies sound thick.
