If you have time to prepare some snacks the night before to take to work in a tupperware box. You could make some Cous Cous (you buy this in packets and it only takes 5 mins to prepare) add raisins to it or some oven roasted red peppers. Also make up a box of chopped fruit salad. I like chicken with pasta and some tomatoes, to make it a bit more interesting you can add some pesto. Cold new potatoes sprinkled with some herbs or light dressing. Then add some salad especially watercress because its so good for you.
here's a link to watercress benefits http://www.watercress.co.uk/health/
I hope some of these ideas get your taste buds going :)

why not try having more filling meals instead.....porridge for breakfast but with fruit in rather than sugar, a jacket potato with tuna or beans for lunch, then a tea with maybe fish or chicken and some veg or pasta. Failing that i also love snack a jacks and rice cakes

My husband takes all morning to eat a yoghurt and banana!

He can woof down my spag bol though - lol.

I often have some houmous with some cut carrots and celery.

I make homemade couscous - it doesn't take too long, but I use veg stock cube or chicken stock cube instead of plain water - add diced peppers and red onion - tastes really nice cold.

Make your own veg soup, freeze it and then have it ready to grab whe youn you are peckish at home.. will help to get you to your next meal and help you achieve essential vegetable intake.

I get my husband to take porridge sachets to work with him. If he gets hungry they can fill a gap.

Strawberries and Melon are yummy and very low in calories, compared to eating banana. I find the taste satisfying.

I often buy a bag of mixed nuts and raisins, I portion them up for the week ahead, and then add more raisins to the mix so it's not as fattening as a larger portion of nuts. (I hope you get what I mean).

Currant buns are nice and filling if you are really hungry between meals

or 2 weetabix, shredded wheat or shreddies!

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Will defo try the dried fruit ideas and revert back to weetabix as a snack rather than breakfast. Houmous is also great tasting so will buy some of that and dip celery and carrots in!!

Again thanks very much for your time

Ryvita! Now I never really thought about those, although I usually slap the butter all over them with cheese. Any other suggestions?
