Hi,

I got a Nintendo Wii the other day, got it in a bundle with four other games (Tomb Raider, Mario Party 8, Resident Evil and Who Wants to be a Millionaire and obviously Wii Sports). I am selling all the games except for Tomb Raider & Wii Sports so I am a bit low on games to play on!

Can any of you recommend any games for Wii that are actually any good? I am interested in any games apart from horror (am a wuss!)

Thanks!

Get Super Mario Galaxy, you won't regret it. One of the best Mario games ever made, imo.

Also, I've finished the 1st and 2nd, but you need to buy Metroid Prime 3. I haven't had the chance to play that yet, but I know it's awesome.

Whatever you do though, don't be lured in by Red Steel. I had high hopes for that last years, found out it was awful. But, you can also go for that Mario Strikers, and wait for Mario Kart, and Super Smash Bros Brawl.

Don't forget, buy some old classics too. I got myself Gunstar Heroes, Diddy Kong Country, Super Metroid and Mario Kart 64

My boyfriend has a Wii and I bought him that game for Christmas, we played it for the first time last night and I thought it was utter rubbish!!!

Be sure to buy Zelda.

Forgot to mention, for mini game multiplayer fun, you can't get any better than Wario Ware for the Wii. First time I played that was at a mates house, four people on that game is mental.

My girlfriend also loves kicking my ass on the darts on Wario Ware, and we recently received Big Brain Academy. Fun game, but not worth more than £20 imo.

Guitar hero 3 is good for it if that is your style.

I would HIGHILY recommend Rayamn Raving rabbids its an hilarous fun game.It makes brilliant use of the wii remote and is guaranteed to have you laughing and moving ! I have the original and the newest version.I havent tried the new version (as my wii isnt working ) but the original is hilarous and only £19.99 at argos to collect. I also got mario and sonic at the olympics but despite looking forward to it we hated it- some of the games are too complicated to be fun. I have also bought lego star wars as I loved this on the 360 but have been unable to try this yet but it looks good.

Thanks, but I got Resident Evil (Umbrella thingy) with my Wii and I am too much of a wuss to play it! My boyfriend has both Super Mario Galaxy and Wario Ware so I can just borrow them from him. He also has Mario & Sonic at the Olympics and that is rubbish!

I am looking for the best party games out and generally some good games that a family can play individually or together!

I highly recommend Guitar Hero III :-D

Great for the family to play and join in too! Plus you can play people online!

Thanks, went to Argos yesterday and picked up a copy of Raymans Raving Rabbids for £19.99.

Had a quick go on it last night and did does seem really good, the dancing levels in particular had everyone wanting a go! Thanks!

Has anyone else played Wintersports 08? I quite enjoyed that although it is more serious than say Wii Sports and not as party orientated.
