qamtex TV?DATA isolator and a frward path attenuator 6db
Please if anyone knows??? parner would be v grateful and me too as he is doing me ed in with the TV!!!

something to do with broadband & cable tv splitter I think (?)

attenuation is the weekening of the signal so it's probably something that prevents that by recharging the signa or something.... Just a guess though.

The TV/Data Isolator is basically a splitter that seperates your Cable signal into TV for your Set Top Box and DATA for your Cable Broadband for Internet.

The Attenuator just drops the Cable signal strength to match the signal that the Set Top Box or Modem is looking for.
