Hi guys,

Hope someone can help.

I ordered a laptop from littlewoods direct that was advertised with the following:
Toshiba Intel Premium Dual Core Processor T3400. 2.16GHz, 1MB L2. 2Gb RAM. 160Gb hard drive. 15.4in TFT WXGA Trubrite screen. DVD supermulti - dual layer optical drive.

I checked the product number, L300-25G before buying and these are the stats:
15.4 inches Processor Intel Celeron Mobile Processor model number T1600
Processor speed 1.66 GHz Processor bus 667 MHz Processor cache 1 MB.

As you can see completely different and as you can guess I was sent the latter which is the actually specs for the model number and not those as advertised.

I rang littelwoods before ordering to confirm the laptop I was getting came with the specs that were advertised and was informed that it would be the one advertised and if that was out of stock, one of the same or better specs would be sent.

Obviously I will be sending it back but can I possibly push for a laptop from them for the same price I paid but with the specs they advertised?

I would be very unhappy and I think there customer services may either offer a complete refund and hope it goes away or if you push a replacement and a voucher...I think you will get a voucher either way..Good Luck

Thats what I am going to do, push for a replacement with the stats I ordered. Here goes nothing lol, :)

If they don't id just got straight to trading standards. I'd want the correct item and a voucher.:thumbsup:
