What can I have for dinner.....

Ok I have a packet of beef mince and have no idea what to do with it.

Am fed up of spag bol, any suggenstions welcome, oh and needs to be Slimming World friendly. Needs to feed 4 inc 2 little ones.

Please help

plate meat pie, ive made chilli with mince and then stuffed peppers with it and put in oven and have it with salad and a few chips

make burgers out of it, they are lovely , finely chop onion in it or grate it the add wat ever hebs and spices you want , if you ve still got your A choice left then pop a baby bell light in the middle before cooking its yummy x

just made a chilli here-kids dont like kidney beans so we use baked beans.

brown mince-add chopped onion,tin of beans,one or 2 tins chopped tomatoes,simmer-add to rice-done

then go home wash hands and order take away

Kofta.
Use some onion and indian spices in the beef and roll into meatballs.
Serve with rice and top with a sauce made from chopped tomatoes, extra spice and any herbs you have that may work.

lol-unfortunately yes-kids dont like spicy stuff-sometimes if I can be bothered I will split it into 2 pots and put the chilli in for me and mrs barky-but it is very very tasty without.I prefer it with kidney beans too but kids hate it. Its actually a good cheap way to make a filling dinner-if you have extra people coming just add an extra tin of beans and chopped tomatoes.

Make meatballs with onion,garlic and a little chilli powder. Serve with freshly tossed salad and warm fluffy White rice, with heated pitta breads.

no dont worry its ok their old and aslong as you listened and washed your hands incase you touched one of them you should be ok, and there are always old people hiding somewhere

I'm doing a Vegetarian Cottage Pie at moment with Quorn Mince,so maybe you can make one of those with your mince.I'm doing some yorkshire puddings with it too,they just gone in now so 20mins or so till dinner.
