Slim Fast shake for brekkie because i'm on a diet at the moment
Full English greasy fry up that would give a trucker a heart attack
Stick of celery for lunch with no salt or mayo because i'm serious about my dieting
Supersize Gourmet Burger with fries from GBK...diet coke obviously
8 pints of beer to rehydrate in the hot weather
Half a dozen lettuce leaves for dinner because it's unhealthy to eat big stodgy meals in the evening
Large Dominos Family Deal all to myself while the Mrs is at bingo
Cup of green tea before beddy-byes

Today i had three lattes, 2 small biscuits, 1 piece of marshmallow cake.
1 vegetable samosa. Linda macartney cheese burger with salad. 1 time out bar. 2 bowls of sugars puffs with milk.
And three cups of instant coffee. I.e. rubbish diet for adult male

I had: A tuna sandwich for dinner and a cottage pie for tea.
I'm not sure how to determine the gender of either though, sorry.

Breakfast - Warburtons wholemeal thins toasted with Lurpack unsalted butter , Danone Activia yoghurt, Strong coffee , cigarette, 2 x tic tacs.

Am going to comment immediately after eating anything today (apart from instant coffee)
Hopefully will make me cut down on snacks and lattes. Will sum my calories at end of today

So far today, 2 slices of wholemeal toast with marmite (mmm), glass of pure orange juice (without bits!), plan on a cup of coffee in about an hour or so to keep me awake at work......:)

Yes the turkish ones, have had them in Maedah Grill as well, definitely would go back for more and for the lamb chops as well :D

I like getting mine from the Mangal takeaway in Dalston. Their wood fired stone oven is bigger than the seating area for customers. oO

The food is so nice that they appear to act as an off-site kitchen for some of the other restaurants in the area, when it comes to Pide and Lahmacun. Nom nom nom... <3

I like getting mine from the Mangal takeaway in Dalston. Their wood fired stone oven is bigger than the seating area for customers. oO

The food is so nice that they appear to act as an off-site kitchen for some of the other restaurants in the area, when it comes to Pide and Lahmacun. Nom nom nom... <3

I don't remember it explicitly saying that it is. However keeping in mind that the menu is written in Turkish (with small English writing underneath for the "foreigners" ;)) and that the place is a 1 minute walk from the local mosque, I would say yes.

Nooo... the bits are the best part of it. The best juice money can buy (IMO) is Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Orange Juice, it is very tangy and full of bits. X)


Yesterdays meals/snacks...

Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and fried onion in large granary bap for breakfast. Nom nom nom....

Large glass of M&S grape and raspberry juice and a banana for brunch.

Cornish pasty from the West Cornwall Pasty Company and a box of Tesco's pasta salad with some diced pickled gherkin added to it for lunch.

Afternoon snack was a sliced up kohlrabi and a giant triple chocolate biscuit.

For dinner I had German meatballs (Frikadellen) in a spicy sauce with new potatoes and runner beans.
