Basically i ordered a chest of drawers from Argos about 4 weeks ago and the receipt says 'items are normally delivered within 28 days' and would get a call before 16/2/11 to arrange a delivery.
Today i got an automated message saying that i will get a call next on the 2nd April to arrange a delivery and 'Sorry for any inconvenience.' That’s nearly 3 months from the time i placed the order, well over the normally 28 days!
Do i just wait it out? I was thinking of trying to get a partial refund, but because they have written 'normally' instead of 'up to' 28 days i don't think i can do anything. What do you think I should do?
