Hi,

Really stumped for ideas on this one.
We are broke as hell due to credit crunch, just got married and now paying it off and also trying to sell house.

Can anyone suggest ideas, presents or gestures that I could do/buy for his 30th birthday?

Thanks for your help x

damn, I don't know his knicker size (lol).

He loves technical gizmo's, plays computer games (x-box, wii & nintendo ds). Loves DIY and films.

why not take him to a show - dinner and a show can cost as little as £30 each, you sometimes get really good seats too and I am sure he would prefer qualty time with you will this strssful time of selling house
Of thats too much how about a nice meal out together - allow yourself a budget - chef and brewer are doing a 2 for 1 and present him witha nice watch - giving him all your TIME - some nice watches on sale at Amazon
But I am sure whateveryou o he will appreciate, even if its cook him a nice meal with candles, have a few friends there when he arrives home and surprise him

I bought my BF a few pressies, games, bits and bobs, and by far his fave was the 'special' little vouchers I printed him out offering him 'favours' when ever he fancied! lol

Fair enough, buy him some porn and tell him to do-it-himself :giggle:

How about going out for a meal, and getting his friends and family to turn up at the end to surprise him, or have them waiting back at the house when you get there

Ultimate Prezzie - Track day at your local race track, and you go watch him. Boring for you, GREAT for him!!

Vouchers would be a great idea!

He could swap them for something decent down the pub with the lads.:whistling:

Buy 30 small gifts and hide them. Do a treasure hunt with clues to find the pressies. That way it wont cost too much either.

i brought mine a trip to dublin, £8 to park the car, £4 flights, 12 euros for bus pass, dublin tour and some guiness, really cheap day out but was so much fun and a great memory xx

also wrapped up loads of little things, new razor blades, gel, fav sweets, socs, usual cheap rubbish but means there were lots of pressies to open

oh and i adopted him a giraffe, only £20 and included free day ticket and magazine subscription to wildlife magazine

xx

Buy 2 candles, put them around the bath and have a romantic soak. Get him up to the bedroom, play some soulful tunes in the background while you give him an erotic dance. Massage him with baby oil and act out a naughty fantasy of his to get his pulses (and whatever else) racing. Buy a police womans helmet, cuffs and baton (£5 in sale at Clare's Accessories in pink), match it up with either a pink or black bra set.

Cheap and cheerful, romantic and dead memorable. You can't go wrong :-) xx
