Please list what you eat and drink in 1 typical day,
I wanna see if i eat drink more / less :)
as i want to cut down.

yesterday all i had was 2 litres of vanilla ice cream and lots of robinson's squash :o :o

I dont have breakfast
I have a sandwich, crips, banana maybe an apple during the day.
Dinner when i get home, alaways cooked dinners
Only have chips once a week.

drink tea and lots of water throughout the day, coke of a night (i no i shouldnt it bloats me)

I dont think this is alot really? do you?

Ok, yesterday was pretty typical for me :)

1. 2 x cups of tea
2. 3 pints water
3. veg bake + coleslaw
4. salmon en croute with creamed jersey mash and carrots.
5. 2 packets pombears
6. chocolate chip cookie

work days I have a bowl of cereal, sandwich and crisps then a sandwich before I go to work and drink water all day, non work days I have a bowl of cereal, sandwich and crisps and dinner (whatever I do for the rest of the family) and water all day long.... and wine in the evening if I'm a good girl!

oh and some smoothies of fruit juice

[B]meal1:
100g of oats
30g peanut butter
protien powder
pint of milk
1 banana


Meal 2: Same as meal 1

Meal 3:
100g pasta with 4 whole eggs

Meal 4: 100g of rice with Chicken

Meal 5: 4 whole eggs, 20g nuts, protien shake.


in-between them meals ill eat corn flakes.

Currently on a diet so my average day tends to be....

Bowl of cereals in the morning
Bowl of cereals or chopped fruit and yoghurt for lunch
Normal meal in the evening - usually from a choice of chicken, pork, rice, pasta, stir fry, vegetables, etc etc. Just trying to 'make' a meal rather than ready-made or fast food or takeaways.

Throughout the day, I drink two or three fruit teas and about a litre or so of water. Also, if I feel peckish, then I'll just shovel down an apple or banana, so a few pieces of fruit.

Lost half a stone in a few weeks and feel a heck of a lot better. Virtually cut bread out of my intake, unless its wraps, on ocassion.

so far today i've had half a variety pack of cocopops so about 15g of cocopops, think i'll have a grilled corn on the cob and a banana before heading to the gym later :thumbsup:

i have rubbish diet, i eat too much or too little or just ice cream :roll:

absolutely no idea hun, never had BMI checked, I feel comfortable at the weight and size I am. Yes, no doubt I am considered obese by most medical proffessionals, but Im happy :-D

just grab a banana and a natural yoghurt or a bowl of porridge or weetabix etc, that'd do it :)

I have cereal for breakfast,
lunch is usually beetroot. cheese and lettuce baguette (mainly beetroot though as i dont really like cheese)
and tea is either pasta / vege burger or baked potato

If im hungry inbetween i have snack a jacks or a banana

drink water, squash and sometimes pepsi max :)

God, just realised, my meals are soooo repetative :w00t:

lunch is usually beetroot and cheese baguette (mqainly beetroot though as i dont really like cheese)
and tea is either pasta / vege burger or baked potato

If im hungry inbetween i have snack a jacks or a banana

I never weigh myself but have gone down 2 dress sizes since last Sepetember, mainly due to a new job and also eating more regularly. I wear clothes to compliment my size and height....Im only 5ft :-D
When I was younger, pre-kids, I was a size 8 and less than 7 stone......people were always telling me I needed to put weight on........you cant win!

yep!!

I was a lot bigger after my first, second pregnancy I was careful, so i was smaller after my second than i was before i fell pregnant. So im happy :-D

Always room for improvement, but i have a kids....and a life :w00t:

Yesterday i had a banana, pear and grapes at bout 7.30 (just after i started work), a bowl of cornflakes at bout 10.30, a chicken breast and tomoato roll at 2pm and then garlic chicken with mash and a load of salad for dins after i got home at 7.30.
Just drink water for most of the day every day.

Breakfast i have cereal usually weet-a-bix with banana! Dinner i have baguette or sandwich, piece of fruit and the odd cheeky pack of crisps. Tea usually pasta, rice or salad dish with egg, chicken or fish.

i eat at least 3000 calories aday couldnt tell you what though lol 3 sandwiches for luch toast n cereal breakfast big dinner and i snack inbetween lol

So far today I have had a
Breakfast - A bowl of Branflakes,
Lunch - 2 slices of fresh bread with one slice of ham, half a bag of crisps
Dinner will be - A bowl of Branflakes.
Only real meal I have is at the in law's on a sunday and will have a small roast dinner. I don't like food,

Also had about 4 cups of fresh coffee.
Will have 1 glass of J20 later on and another couple off coffee's plus 1pint of water.
But i'm still a size 14/16. Have had 4 kids though.

Coca Cola, Vimto, Ribena.

Sandwich with crisps.

Chips, Chicken or fish with beans.
Curry, Pasta loads of different dish for dinner!
