I want something healthy for breakfast but i hate cereal, toast and weetabix. So im looking to get some ideas off you lot :)

what do you have in the mornings?

I usually have 3 fags....low fat but not healthy

How about a yoghurt...or boiled egg or something with maybe a croissant?

ha same then i have a bacon sandwich and cuppa no wonder i'm a trim 18 stone lol but my height probably makes up the first 13 lol

i have natual yogart and fruit, good thing with that is you can swap the fruit around, bananas one day, peach and apricot the next and so on...........

I normally have cereal or toast in the winter but in the summer there is nothing like fresh fruit drizzled in yogurt :thumbsup:

DD these were banned from the UK as they had so many E no.'s in them !!
My lads used to love these as well & now they have grown up have even ordered them from the US :w00t:

You can still get these in Selfridges...pricey though

personally thought they were disgusting and I blame them for the madness of putting marshmallows in cereals a while back which they soon stopped...

remember when they put them in Ricicles...eugh

Poached eggs are lush. I do something simaler to yours as my 'healthy fry up' i can't stand grease or salt! :-D but i love carbs... :(

using a toastie maker make egg on toast, butter both sides of the bread put one on the toastie maker then crack an egg onto it then place another round on top then close the lid,quick and easy

scrambled egg on 2 x wholemeal toast.

3 egg whites, 1 yolk, dash of milk and low fat spread, bung it in the microwave.

Loadsa protein and cut out the cholesterol by only having the one yolk. Then finish off with a low fat yoghurt.
