This thread only applies to those who take their own food. Im a little stumped as to what i can take obviously there is a sandwich but i cannot think of healthy things that i can take.
Be interested to see what everyone else takes!

Sometimes I take sandwiches and pop them in a toastie bag so i can have toasties at work...that's nice in the winter. Home made soup is nice if you have access to a microwave. I always keep a couple of yoghurt's in the fridge at work too and fruit that comes in little cartons. If I cook pasta the night before and have left overs I take that and just heat it up.

That looks great. I find taking fruit a pain as I always seem to end up squishing it lol...I end up with squashed cherries or grapes and bruised bananas.

Sandwiches - usually cheese and mayo or chicken and stuffing
Banana and Strawberries, raspberry and blue berry mix
Celery
Crisps
Kit kat
Cadbury's mini roll or some other cake
Penguin and whatever sweets the kids have around the house

I usually eat all that before 11am so then go to Tesco's and get a pasty or wrap

yeah it is a little pricey, but you get codes to have it reduced etc.. you actually pic what you would like them to send, or just let them decide. They only deliver 2 days a week which if perfect for me as i only go INTO work twice a week.

Saves me messing about looking for food, making sarnies, or going out to buy food.

They are delicious though.

I am really lucky that way - I hardly ever put on any weight. People at work are shocked how much I eat for such a small person but I can't help it. I try to leave all my change at home to keep me away from the vending machines
