I upgraded my phone on Friday, the sales assistant (over the phone) told me to ensure someone was in Monday to take delivery.
I got a txt Friday saying the delivery will be Monday.
I got a txt Saturday saying there was a problem with something and that the delivery would be rescheduled.
I got a txt Sunday saying delivery would (again) be Monday, and a tracking number that didnt work on the DPD tracking site.
Monday morning I called Vodafone to explain the confusion, that I was unaware if it was going to be delivered or not, they said it will be here today (yesterday)....I stayed in all day and didnt recieve it.
Called to complain and got fobbed off that its not their problem.....apparently a manager is meant to call me back today (not holding my breath) so today Im staying in AGAIN to wait on a parcel.....
should I ask for some 'good will gesture'? they have offered to cancel the postage cost but IMO they should do that anyways, I ordered the phone to come yesterday, it didnt, so why should I pay for it.....do you think Ill get offered anything more? Really annoyed me....
