what format/s can real player use?

ive got real player on my phone (e65) and was wondering what is the best format to use to put video's on it.

compatible .mp4 (resolution 240x320 or similiar) - there is an application for symbian (damn i forgot the name) that is super for playing videos/music

ok thanks..... im now looking at an flv player as thats what real player on my pc downloads video's as.
