Nope, I've got one of those stupidly long MK1's which were just crazy long IMO.

Comes with HangOn/Safari Hunter Integrated..

Lol, I never see anyone that has the NES everyone has the SNES. I have an original NES bought when they came out with the legendary first mario console game of 'Super Mario Brothers' from 1985 and of course 'Duck Hunt' with the NES Zapper.

Congrats on the nice collection though!

Didn't you buy a Dreamcast not long ago, ask for recommendations about decent games then sell it a few days later? Glad to see someone has taste though, I like the Rush 2049 recommendation as it was a superb game to finish off the series. MSR would probably be my choice for the DC just because it was such a standout game, while it didn't have the fancy graphics GT3 did and it had a heck of a lot of bugs it kicked off the PGR series and had some fantastic features such reading the system clock and making it day or night in game.

Goldeneye is hard to beat on the N64 although there's plenty of other quality titles from Rare and Nintendo that are also worth checking out depending on what type of game you fancy. Blast Corps comes to mind as it was quite a different game.

The main game I still play on the SNES is Bomberman despite numerous versions having been made since then.

Blastcorps is quite possibly one of the best games on the N64, when I originally had it a million years ago, I did actually manage ALL Gold's and even got a few platinum awards, although these days I just cba really :)

Not sure if you was asking me if i rought a DC then sold it after asking for recommendations or if that was meant for the OP, but I said San Francisco Rush cos it was a truely magical game 4 players and even 1 player using your wongs at just the right time.
I am with you with bomberman, i have it on loads of platforms and the 360 version is the worst lol, Worms is great to.

I love my retro games and consoles, I have a whole room full, my center peice is Rob Iove hat little guy :)

No, I was meaning the original poster.

I wasn't being sarcastic, I'm a huge fan of the Rush games and thought Rush 2049 was just superb - so many different routes through the tracks which felt so rewarding when you got them right although that tended to be rare... Spent so long trying to get the various keys and hidden items to unlock cars and tracks as well.

Yep, that was last summer.

I bought a Dreamcast and sold it 2 weeks later because my new ps2 had arrived.

I'm clueless as to why I sold it though as the dreamcast rocked... (Sonic Adventure....)

bump... i think i defo need to get mario world for snes.... then... super mario 64

Mario World is good although in terms of 2D platformers I think Mario World 2 was better despite the cutesy style, I'd say the Donkey Kong Country series were the peak of the Snes 2D platformers.

I see.. Does SMW2 have anything to do with Yoshi's Island on the N64?

Anymore games people can mention lol?

I'm writing a list as we speek (of what games I should get..)
#34
The N64 one was a followup but wasn't really a proper sequel, it was far easier and lacked the challenge its predecessor offered - although the SNES game looked very cutesy, getting the 100 score for each level could be tricky.

There's a lot of 'duplicate' games I wouldn't bother with such as the seven versions of Bomberman plus there's some real rubbish like Mortal Kombat on the GB unless you're wanting to see how bad a 2D fighter can be.
