Makes me sick, sack them all. Greedy MPs..and as for Diane 'who ate all the pies' Abbot she is the biggest waste of space MP this country as ever seen. She must be loaded with all the TV work she does, she's never off the telly.

Enough said.

Corbyn & McDonnell are about the only 2 I trust.
We've still got feudal Britain the rich, landowners & title holders just became politicians & still rule as they did back in the day, still lapping it up living the life of Riley on expenses. Until we get true levels of socioeconomic & ethnic representation nothing will change. The 1% should get 1% of representation not the vast majority.
It's not even one party Tories mostly rich toffs, Labour PLP is loaded with private school educated gentry types, LibDems was being run by another Private exclusive school educated ****. No matter who you vote you get the same it's like choosing between cow, horse & pig poo, it's still poo just a slightly different stink.
FPTP has to go switch to full PR, get every vote to count to boost turnout, drop ele) voting age to 16 (old enough to have babies old enough to vote!)
Set building schools for the future scheme backup boost building trade by replacing every aging school building.
Take Academies back, finish off Grammar schools for good.
Setup new city build in Midlands on HS2 route, at centre is new houses of Parliament & MP state owned housing (no more expensive second homes) build it put from there with modern integrated light rail network.
Setup new company installing FTTP to every home, once complete spin it off as new national infrastructure company.
I'd setup a labour bank too so self employed & small business can offset their tax liability by taking part in charity support in a similar way to DIY SOS. Include those on JSA & ESA say we know you don't have a job or can't work but if you WANT to do voluntary work whilst claiming we'll boost your welfare by a bit to help you.
Setup 0% finance for all homeowners who need to modify their homes to keep disabled relatives at home & cared for, eligibility is governed by PIP claims.
Extend motability to include standard rate mobility recipients who can make up the £36 per week from their daily living component.
Relax rules on enhanced mobility support BACK to 50m scrapping the 20m change.

Name one that isn't on the wheel of fortune. I agree sack them all. employ someone on a decent wage that's it, they either want the job or not. Also get rid of things like the bar in the houses of parliament and all the other goodies theses no gooders get. Its about time we took control of our country and actually selected GOOD people to run it, if they do a bad job after 12 months they are gone.

Me too, trust Corbyn !%$£! sod that, I am amazed the man has security clearance to enter the House of Parliament.

One of my team failed a security check because he exchanged verbals with a traffic warden when he was 17, yet a man with links to terrorism gets a security pass. I do hope that MI5 are keeping tabs on this dangerous individual.

First sign that he gets anywhere near power, he should be on the receiving end of a mossad stylee heart attack.

To the OP, for all the rights and wrongs of it, if you were an MP and were offered £600 to appear on a TV show, it is unlikely you'll say no. Sometimes when people make statements like this it does come off with a whiff of envy.

MPs in the main do a fabulous job for their constituents and some (literally) give up their lives for it.

They're mostly just in it for themselves. There are a handful of notable exceptions, Dennis Skinner being the first that springs to mind but they're few and far between.

Just look at the Brexit result, Remain supporting MP's who represent constituencies who overwhelmingly backed leave are still trying their hardest to derail or scupper brexit all together.

I cant blame someone for taking an appearance fee for being on the telly, I certainly would if offered. Although am amazed that politicians do get paid fees as not one of them seem to be able to offer any expertise, just poinltless soundbites.

I will be accepting a fee for speaking at a conference in San Fran next year. Essentially I am getting two weeks in california for me and my wife in exchange for me talking for 20 minutes, running a workshop for a couple of hours and going for dinner.

It really doesn't matter what you think of Dianne Abbot - or any M.P.s.

Like it or lump it, she was elected, that means the majority of people in the area she contested thought differently about her than you do - same for every other MP.

I don't think so and you couldn't be further from the truth. It really annoys me when ex servicemen are remployed in similar MOD roles or civil service jobs and part of their pension is abated (taken away) even though they have served their country for at least 22 years and earned every penny. Then you get these greedy waste of space MPs who earn a decent wage and they are claiming false expenses and appearing on TV just to get extra bucks. Makes you sick.
