possibly looking to sell mine next month after upgrade. Its not the 8gb version though, just the regular silver one (sorry im not very clued up on all the mobile stuff!)

I have the box instructions charger and all the wires that originally comes with it.

What price would you pay for this? - also if you would bt interested in buying, please PM me with an offer and i will consider when my upgrade comes through. (i have feedback on ebay with same username as here)

The phone is in excellent condition ( i got a replacement handset just this week as i smashed my screen - so handset will only be a month old )

Around the 100 mark depending on button condition.
Volume control has a habit of breaking.

Yup, volume down broke on mine, not too fussed only used it 3 times in 3 months, I hate it.

Down broke on mine too, managed to adjust with buttons around joystick and also orig nokia headphones have the volume on them.
Love it for my garmin xt, takes around 5 mins to lock but runs good once running.
Also the camera is good, poor flash though.

just take it to a nokia service centre to get it for free under warranty will take about 10 mins if their not busy, will push the value of the phone quite abit as faulty i wouldn't pay more then 65ish if its faulty or 80 is street value.

No warranty on it anymore I guess, the button fell off it's tiny, I still have it ready to solder, already had to replace the charging socket cos that broke, I got it for free anyways, so not too bothered, I hate it anyways, the software is completely **** so I don't use it.

Do I need proof of purchase? My dad's friend from Ireland gave me it. So I don't have that, also the button has fallen off and I've changed the fascia and I debranded it, so I don't think I have a warrantee.

Needs an original fascia on it, otherwise the warranty information is stored on the phone and the fact that the first phone was released March yours can't be out of warranty so don't need proof. Debranding it via flashing invalidates the warranty oh well ;-)

warranty info is logged via IMEI, as long as you haven't open or modified the phone in anyway the warranty is still valid.

Opened it and fitted a new charging socket last month. I think debranding voids the warrantee anyways Nokia are **** like that, where as I've debranded my SE W810 and hd it fixed twice now no problems. I use my W810 every day and the N95 on the rare occasion I want to take a camera on a night out, so it's not a massive issue. Just resolder the button on, the firmware is too poorly made to use it as an everyday phone anyways.

depends on the service centre you go, i always debrand my Nokia's if i dont get them sim free. The service centre dont give a toss what i do with the phone always repair even if its out of warranty

I'm selling mine when my upgrade comes this week, but I only have phone, memory card (1GB) & adapter and charger. Phone is in excellent condition except for the hinges on the back panel which are broken and thusly it has to be held in place with a small peice of blu-tack. I imagine a spare one can't be much if you ring nokia.

No scratches on screen or camera, is clean and fully working.

Anyone care to give me an estimate on value?
