As with all big named companies you should have no problem getting a refund. But i would say it didnt fit as some do have policy for changing mind but i reckon you wont have a problem at all.
i think that the best way to do about it would be to say thatthe item colour or style was diffrent from the picture

for example say that the buttons or zip is akward placed and that wasnt shown in the picture on the website.

your fully covered by the distant trading laws

should be no problem on a refund

or the least they should do is offer an exchange or money off vouchers

if all fails give consumer advice a quick ring

all the best
o but if its something like a thong then they would have rights not to offer a refund cus of hygenic reasons and what have you
7 days from receipt in which to simply change your mind and return for a full refund. Underwear is exempt as has been mentioned. If it's more than a week then you are out of luck.
Here is an extract from the governments website http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/after_you_buy/know-your-rights/clothes/

Important points to bear in mind:

* You have no rights if you simply change your mind.

So I wouldn't hold your breath
It all depends whether you bought it from their website or their stores but i dont think you will have any problems either way
Depends what kind of animal it is. Anything over a gorilla and you'll prob get hit with P&P charges.
I bought it 8 days ago from one of there store, its a coat.

So shall i return it and say its the wrong size?
As long as you really havnt worn it then i cant see a problem taking it in.
