Post office would be best and it you can have it tracked as i have had a few items go missing when sending abroad

yeah, post office is best. If its less than 2kg then its half the cost of anything above. I sent a DVD player to France at cost of £14.61 tracked as was under 2kg. Otherwise £28+.

If you send it via the Post Office it will end up in the hands of the Spanish Post Office, they have a habit of losing stuff.

Safest bet is DHL, but they are not cheap.

Post Office - but make sure you get a proof of postage. If you don't get 'International Signed For' and the package goes missing, they don't reimburse your postage fees.

Seeing that the item is worth less than £36 I'd send by Royal Mail, non-tracked. But I'd get proof of posting as said above.
