hi,

just wanna prepare for the final year of uni, even though it is just under 2 months away

im basically poor at concentration, it just goes straight through my head, so something to aid with that will be ace (please not be cod liver oil, thats nasty), and not staring into a flame for 5 mins as a certain website said

and anything considered as brain food, through my exams i was calling haribo sweeties brain food, didnt work at all :-(

and when should the new concentrating me start? when I resume my course again or a few weeks before?

cheers (theres no cheers smily, ah well this will do) :santa:

Don't know if its true but told Almonds & Pistachious are very good for the memory, some swear by them & A good breakfast is always a good way to start the day.Best of luck with your exams:thumbsup:

A fish oil supplement is the best thing for concentration. They don't all taste bad and alot are in capsule form so you cannot taste them. I know that the mor EPA and mor DHA are good and taste like strawberry (expensive but stocked on alot of sites). Or Eye Q. Another is Neurozan for brain performance/function.

Or just eat more oily fish if you like it.

Good breakfast essential for concentration - even beans on toast, bacon sandwiches, egg on toast or porridge are recommended. So if like me you don't like cereal, there are other options.

Lots of fruit and veg.

Although, if you have a great social life, it can be hard to feel alert the next day:thumbsup:

You can always try a pop tart, brunette or blonde:whistling: That might get you alert in the morning;-)

ok - so I was being too literal - fish is ideal to max your brain power - try to avoid 'heavy' fried brekkies - as these will slow you down and make you feel sluggish. The usual advice - lots of fresh fruit and vegetables will help keep you zingy!
