Wow, that is sad news, R.I.P to the 4 year old boy. I guess no-one is safe in the current Britain and it seems as though the situation gets worse weekly, something needs to be done about all these yobs and thugs before things get worse, although I don't know how much worse it can get. :|

Is it because things are getting worse or is it where todays media is everywhere and spreads the news so fast? Very sad... Sickening to read of such innocent young lives being taken away.

I couldn't believe it when I saw it :-(
Turns out it might have been their father - the worst kind of betrayal

People need to start bringing kids up rather than dragging them up.

Its pretty much becoming a lawless society. Punishment certainly doesn't fit the crime nowadays.

I think the death penalty should come back. People like that don't deserve the privilege of life. The fact that he denied a little boy of a life is disgraceful.

Some don't even bother dragging them up.

Some let their kids rule the roost and the parents do as their kids say.

I blame the parents and the p.c. society(goverment).

And now another 3 killed on a supply vessel in the North Sea, unexplained deaths at the moment, but looks like another tragic accident...:-(

Makes me feel sick reading about things like that. That poor boy and what his family must be going through.

I agree, life for a life. I know plenty of people that would be prepared to do the job.

When someone kills somebody with malice, then they have no rights to live.

Odd mistake made, but these people are not completey blameless to deemed as killers in the first place. Most people are prepared for this small risk if it makes our society better.

'Getting away with murder' is no longer a throwaway comment.

How can people do that it's disgusting.

I dont care. I'm not talking about people wrongly accused of shoplifting etc. So we are only talking about a small minority of criminals. In these cases nowadays, they are pretty damn sure before they convict someone.

Stefen Kishco(sp) would have executed if we still had the death penalty.

But as you say, you don't care if inocent people face the death penalty and this must include your own family ?
