DEFINITELY my 3 & 7 yr old daughter seeing their stockings and presents downstairs for the first time. Just sitting in bed with my husband, bleary eyed, watching them excitingly opening their stocking presents is simply priceless - can't wait!!

Also, getting together with family is really important. We've always done it but since my mum died 2 weeks before Christmas in 2002 from a heart attack suddenly without illness, it makes you appreciate what family means and that you should never take anything for granted.

Merry Christmas everyone!!

Thanks DLM, I don't get morbid about my mum dying before Christmas but it sure as heck makes you enjoy Christmas, and everything else for that matter, a whole lot more because you realise just how quickly you can go. Your reply was appreciated!!
