I ordered two cheapies from them then a bout 4 months later ordered another 2 cheapos and they only allowed me one as they said I had reached the limit,I queried and asked what the limit was a few times and never got a reply.

If you have no recent orders you should be fine.

Dont forget quidco (or similar) quidco pay £7.50 for a payg order so it would be best to order each seperately and get £15

I think you are limited to four phones per year per household from e2save; I found this out recently when I ordered a phone and got an email saying they could not fulfill my order - which was a bit odd because the handset had already arrived in the post! I contacted them and they told me about the limit whilst apologising about the email. I asked then to confirm that the hitch would not affect my Quidco cashback, which they did. Then I saw that my cashback had in fact been declined, so I contacted Quidco and got it reinstated. All a bit of a faff about. What I'd like to know now is whether the 4-phone limit means that I can't order (or at least order without the hassle of having to battle for my cashback) from any of the Carphone Warehouse family of sites or just from e2save, Anyone know the answer? Thanks.

Limit is 4 per year. I am not sure if it is 4 to one address or 4 per person, I think it is per address.

This just in from CPW in response to my enquiry:

"Dear Ms *****

Thank you for your email.

The system will usually let customer's purchase a maximum of 3 handsets per quarter on a pay as you go basis and all the subsidiary companies such as Mobiles.co.uk and E2save use the same system. However, it has been known for more connections to go through. \you can speak to our sales team on 0800 049 0049 for further assistance.

If you need more help, please reply to this email or call Customer Support on 0870 0870 168 between 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday, 9am - 8pm Saturday and 10am - 5pm Sunday. One of our Customer Support advisors will be happy to help you.
