What Mobile phone do you currently own and whats the best thing about it?

I have recently aquired a Nokia 5800 and think that its the best thing since sliced white, it does everything really well, the touch screen interface is very good and there are a good selection of apps/games available for it. not to mention satnav, 3.5g, wifi and email integration, I was just wondering what phones other people currently own and what is good about them?

cheers

Seriously considered the 97, but price swung me towards the 5800, both are great phones from what I have read, however I have heard that Orange are dropping both the 97 and the N85 as literally billions of customers have reported no end of firmware issues?

Mine was FOC from Vodafone. I de-branded it immediately and am running V12.0.024 with absolutely no software issues.

Tried various phones, high end all song n dance once, some budget ones etc.....

Surprisingly, the high end expensive phones were useless to me as I really had little or no need to use most of the frills n spills they have; WiFi, GPS, Touchscreen etc

Even more surprising was that the low end budget phones were more useful to me. Now use a Nokia 3120 Classic on 3 network. Got it free on their £10 a month 6 month contract at the beginning of the year.

I use MSN, Skype, T'internet, texting calls. nice resolution screen, MicroSD card for my custom wallpaper and tones. And as 3 also have push email which is so simple to set up then it notifies me whenever I get new emails which I can also check with the email client.

At home I connect it up to the charger and switch on bluetooth. And use it with Nokia Suite to send and receive my text messages, so I can send texts by typing them out and sending them from the PC.

Also has a 2MP camera which takes not too bad pix as well. An excellent all rounder I'd say.

Thinking of moving over to my C903....simply as it has GPS on it which would come in really handy, although tbh its not something I use very often as the TomTom gets me to where I am going!.......:)

I have a Nokia 6300, which I use for work and personal usage - it's a lovely phone and it works perfectly for supporting synchronisation with my Microsoft Outlook client, for client contact details & scheduling.

I appreciate it's an older model but it's such a reliable product and I can get long runtimes off of the battery, even when using it a lot when stuck on a call.

Cheers, Scotty Boy!

I got the Sony Ericsson C905, just because I love the camera on it. It makes great pictures and movies. Before I had the Sony Ericsson P1i mostly for the touch/normal buttons options and the internet on it.

you need to get garmin mobile and install it on your memory card, there are various "free" places to get it, it fairly straight forward to do and works fantastic
