I am creating a leaflet for my business and wanted some opinion on what you are more likely to call?

0800 or 0845? Or would it not matter if you wanted what was advertised?

0800, because it is known as a FREE PHONE number by everyone

You want the 0800 number and if you serve a localised demographic then also your real number so people know you are a local business.

Rather than either if its a small company rather than national I would prefer a local number. Small companies with anything else always feel to me as they are hiding behind the number so to speak.

tbh because i only have a mobile phone, i'd prefer not to dial either. i always look for local area codes.

sometimes a company might list something like:

0800 123456789
Outside of the uk: +44116123456789

Well I just dial 0116 123456789 because I still get charged for dialling any 08 numbers whereas 01 comes out of my minutes.

Saw yours after I had posted, I had opened this in a new tab, browsed somewhere else then came back to this so you had posted in the meantime.
