  yeah he has mr green lol he is a normal peach faced lovebird there not meant to be together because they are diffrent species but the breeder never told me that lol but they get on fine and sleep in the same cage they are funny :-D

  this 1 mine,Jay,I've had him since Feb 99,he was a couple mths old when we got him and his pal,but she died ages back,he seems quite happy without her,better off infact,she was quite bossy to him.

  nice colours you have had him a while then i hope you have a lot more years with him i got mine febuary last year when they were 6 weeks old .
  birds are brilliant pets better than dogs i would say but i feel sorry for the ones that are left in there cage all day because they are very inteligent :)

  I usually lop off the top third leafy bit and the root. Eating the whole thing would do no harm though.

  Yeh my bird's cage is open a lot,he don't come out as much as he used to but his door there open if he wants.
  He needs a new cage at moment,not sure how long we have him for,he's quite old for a budgie.

  I did bid on that 1 a few weeks back,need to get looking again,there always something to buy,I don't want to spend anymore than £20 all in,cos could probably get 1 for around £20 local pet shops. Just want something basic thats all.

  I tend to use the white in a salad and all the rest in stir-fry. fried rice etc.
