i have a newfoundland dog the reason for the breed is because they are gentle giants and i have kids so it suits our family.
i also have a african grey timnah reason for her was we just wanted a parrot and although she hates women and there are 4 of us women in this house we wouldnt get rid of her as she is 16 year old and it wouldnt be fair on her.
oh and yeah i am bored lol.

I want a pug. Because they are so ugly, they're cute. They're lap dogs so will like lots of love and will be a good companion and I can still dress it up perhaps lol.
I wouldn't have a staffi or bulldog etc simply for the stereotypes(close minded I know) and everyone who owns one here is a horrible chav.

I have an African Serval - essentially a 3rd generation wild cat and he's 3ft tall. I love him... he's my guard "dog" in disguise! No one burgles a girl with a leopard in her kitchen! Haha!

He's from a specialist wild cat breeder. They live for upwards of about 20 years and he's only 3 so I've got many years of burgler protection yet! Haha! He's extremely loyal to me and won't let anyone else feed or touch him but he's soooooooo cute!!! When he's hungry he makes a clicking type noise that sounds like he's laughing!

We do have photos, but they're on my phone and I don't do the whole phone to computer thing, far too technical! Haha! He was a LITTLE pricey at 2k but worth every penny! We've built him a special "climbing" thing too made from old twisted tree trunks and stuff that he likes!! He eats a whole chicken a day though (including bones)!!

No he doesn't roam. We have to keep him indoors because they have a habit of running away, eating people or being stolen :P He has his own room with his climbing frame thing in which he loves! He's not vicious at all, just very loyal. He gets unhappy if I go away even if it's for the weekend but just sulks! He acts just like a domestic cat - jumps on me when I get home, cackles at me when he wants dinner, likes to play etc - but I never forget he is a wild cat! I wouldn't leave him alone with children even though he's never been a problem with them, but I had a dog when I was younger that we rescued as he was badly beaten... he was absolutely lovely but unfortunately a neighbour's daughter ran up to him and put her arms round his neck from behind and he got scared and tried to bite her... so I know that things can go wrong!! When I say he's loyal to me, he just walks away from other people, he doesn't try to bite them or anything. If my boyfriend tries to feed him, he just won't eat the food!
I love him to pieces though, he's like my best friend!!

Shame he'l be stuck in doors for the rest of his life. Was to get an ocecat but I didnt think it would be fair to keep it in doors.

If you let it outside it will A: Get stolen or B: run over, bye bye 2k:?

have you ever thought of building him an enclosure outside? it is a shame really that he has to be kept indoors all the time.
