hi guys, i got a problem with a company called amazon.co.uk, as you may know you can sell from through them like ebay, well ive been selling stuff with them for the past 2 years and never had a problem and then my luck changed for the past 4 months i havent sold anything because they have blocked by seller account, and all they said was because of feedback the thing i dont get i have over 95% positive so what is the problem? and they refunded a buyer without my permission and till this day i dont have the item. so the buyer got it for free i dont even know if they can do that. i have sent them countless emails still no proper answer, spoke to trading standards and they have said we cant help you as you count as a trader but the lady was nice and advised to write a letter to thier registered address by a recorded form. first found out thier address on thier website which was in luxembourg sent them a letter waited about 2 weeks still no response till this day, so can anyone help me please as i am really helpless. all i want is for my account to be reopend and my money to be refunded which they took without my permisson as the guy wanted a refund after 45 days he bought the item.

any help would be appreciated

Did you send the letter by ISF?
Why did they refund this guy?
Did you send everything using a trackable service?

I stopped selling on Amazon ages ago, when they changed how they charge for Postage.

yes everything i sent was by trackable service i never sent anything as first class post. no idea why that is why i am baffled. what is ISF? i sent the letter by royal mail international recorded delivery.

How can they just refund a buyer without consulting you? Even Paypal have the balls to tell you why. Are you missing some emails from them? It does sound very strange. Sorry, I'm at a loss as what to do now.

ISF = International Signed For.
Did it cost an extra £3.50 on top of the Postage rate?

Seriously though, you mentioned your 95% feedback, what the negative for? - That might explain why you have been blacklisted if someone has claimed you had sold fake/counterfit goods for instance.

yes it cost me over £4 and thats what has got me so baffled and angry as how they can simple just do that i found out when i got an email sayin you have refunded ....... this amount..... it sounded very dodgy to me and thats why i decided to get legal help but no luck. thats why i deicided to post here and see if anyone elese can help. i searched on google and this happend to many people.

no, i have never in my life cheated someone and never will and i have never sold fake or counterfit goods i work very hard to provide top quality service. i got a negative because the customer wanted to return a item and i said i am not paying for you to send it back to me and then the person decided to keep the item and leave me with negative feedback. you get idiots. i dont no what happend with amazon.co.uk i thought they were a fantastic company but this just put me down a lot, caused a lot of stress and made me feel like i did something bad when i didnt they didnt even explain why they closed my account just two line " due to feedback".

Ok you need to be logged onto Amazon,and you click on call me and they call you up and you like on hold until they answer your call.Maybe you better speaking to someone to get this sorted out rather than emails and not getting a reply back.
Don't know much about Amazon Marketplace etc cos I only sold 1 item on there and most other stuff I usually like to sell isn't in their Marketplace Inventory and I'm not interested in their Zshops or whatever its called,I prefer eBay.

ive rung them several times and they all say we cant do anything as this os the sentinel departments issue then i am like what do you do? its so frustrating.
