Right, Ive had a lot of post sent to me which has gone missing. This has led to my phone being cut off and a debt collections company to contact me regarding not paying other bills. I have never received any of these bills yet apparently each company has sent me 3 letters out.
I think its a real coincidence that it has all not been received.
What would you advise I do? Should I contact royal mail?
Thanks

We have the same problem, which has gone on for a number of years, we have contacted Royal mail and Postwatch and it makes very little difference. We have switched everything possible to online only and this helps me keep a track of most things.

You have to contact Royal mail and if it isnt resolved go to Postwatch. Good luck:)

without wanting to sound harsh but what else would you do. If I didn't get mail then I wouldn't phone tesco and ask them where's my letters, its common sense.

If you need to come onto a forum asking what should I do about missing mail then I think thats the least of your problems.

With respect and all that.:)

I think The Saint is trying to point out that The Royal Mail is obviously your first point of contact.

You also have a missing "i" along with your missing post.
