Ok, I ordered a bed from a large bed company about 6 weeks ago - received delivery 2 weeks after. Process complete quickly and efficiently.
Today, I received a message from the company saying that they wanted to arrange to deliver my bed this Friday. If I am unavailable this day, I need to ring back to rearrange.
I have obviously already received my bed and expect that this is an error and another duplicate order has been processed (but not charged - well not yet anyway).
What would you do? Ring them up and explain that you have already received your bed and this order has been incorrectly duplicated or accept delivery in the hope that you do not get charged twice.
Honest answers please!
