£400-£500 at least
£399 max if new. Resale at 80% or so of that.
Could build it for about £400, so around that or maybe less. Although, I'd go for a different system. That Quad core chip is nice, but few apps take advantage of more than two, or even a single core, and two 3GHz cores is better than four 2.3GHz cores. Also, that 9500 graphics card is rather weak for games and not really necessary for 2D tasks like interweb stuffs, so I'm not sure how useful it'd be.
