tbh i think thats something you should discuss with a financial advisor !! as they specialise in these things and everyones circumstances are different (_;)

BTW .....are you a vampire or something ?? ..........you seem to come alive at some 'silly o'clock times' oO

You need to take specific advice. It doesnt matter which is "better". There is no point having an interest only if you can afford repayment and then not save. Do you know the difference between the two? Speak to prospective lenders and they will give you some advice based on your financial circumstances.

Tricky choice whether to get a tracker or fixed. We had a tracker reserved the day that the base rates dropped. We were very lucky.

repayments better but more expensive only time id ever take a ontrest only would be on a 1st time buy where you wont stay in it for rest of your life

If you are talking generally, repayments mortgage. Otherwise at the end of your term you owe the principal sum borrowed and if your house has decreased in value there will be negative equity unless you have savings to add to the redemption amount.
