Work calls for me to get up at 6.30am. I'm looking for a way to feel fresh and happy about the day without lying to myself.
Tried the following:
Early night, (about 10am but i just lay in bed watching the clock)
Coffee in the morning,
I heard apples wake you up more in the morning than coffee so tried this,
Tried the above but included oranges,
Cup of tea and decent breakfast,
All have differing results but i think coffee has been the best, any other tried and tested ways i can try?
